AIDS Walk San Jose 2006

When:        October 15th, 2006. Sunday. Registration at 9am, and ends around 11am. (Event starts from 8am until 1pm)

Where:       Discovery Meadow, San Jose, CA (corner of Woz Way and San Carlos St)

What:         10 km walk to raise fund for local HIV/AIDS programs. Increase community awareness of HIV/AIDS.

Who:          3,000+ walkers from Silicon Valley and You.

Notice

You, your family and friends (and pets) are all welcome. If you can’t raise any money, at least you show up to the AIDS Walk. Food and drinks will be donated by Starbucks, Ben and Jerry’s, and more. After all, the mission of the AIDS Walk is to raise fund for and increase community awareness of HIV/AIDS. However, more money is always better.

Event Location:

The 10 kilometer (6.2.miles) walk begins in Discovery Meadow near the San Jose AIDS Memorial Grove by San Carlos and Woz Way.
